Wholly Fit Kids! An innovative way to help kids get fit while having fun! Wholly Fit Kids! is a group exercise class originally designed for homeschooled children. This unique exercise program uses games and activities to promote teamwork, develop coordination and cardiovascular fitness, while improving balance and motor skills. At Wholly Fit Kids! we're all about having fun and promoting positive fitness habits in young people. We play games and run drills requiring teamwork and stressing abdominal and lower back strengthening. We incorporate a variety of body weight management, balance, and coordination exercises, designed in improve a child's eye-to-foot and hand-to-foot motor skills. Classes are held on weekdays at various times throughout the day. For children ages 4 & 5, 6-10, and 11-16. Fees for two workouts a week are just $55 per month for one child plus $15 for each additional, $39 for one child plus $15 per each additional for one class a week. For those who cannot make a monthly commitment, single class drop-in rates are just $10 per child. Our secure facility is equipped with a child care room (for really little ones) with various games and toys, a television/VCR with a wide variety of kiddie tapes. Of course all Wholly Fit Kids!
